I take Mr. Conneely's point on inflation. In the example I gave of Cé Heilbhic, the costs of the preparatory work have increased astronomically to the region of €300,000 since I started advocating for that work to be carried out. Perhaps Mr. Breathnach or Ms Egan might comment on the questions about the dysfunctionality in the funding mechanism.
