Teagasc has conducted research on this and it is expected that additional capacity will be required per animal on farm. This is being worked through at the moment as to what exactly it will be. Given that and the fact that we want to try to ensure efficient management, having additional slurry storage capacity on farm is obviously a really positive thing we are trying to implement.
