I thank the guests for coming in and giving us the benefit of their expertise. I will start with something that Mr. Cooke said. In his opening statement, he said, "The single biggest contribution [a motorist] can make to help Ireland to achieve its climate targets is to switch to an EV." That is a fundamentally incorrect statement. Clearly, the single biggest thing that someone can do to reduce their emissions is to change to a more sustainable mode of transport.
