With the EU AI Act, because, as Dr. Begley said, AI is moving so fast, by the time it was actually published, you could say it was almost out of date. It is definitely something that needs to be constantly monitored and reviewed. It is not a case of developing policy and leaving it at that. We need to be constantly monitoring, keeping the conversation open and assessing the impacts. We do not have the data we need. There is a huge data gap. A number of contributory issues are at play here.
