When we are talking about an apprenticeship, we have a pre-apprenticeship course that we have now run in Tullamore and Offaly. A number of years ago, we identified the gap of young people that need to be trained up and try to get back into education. We started up the pre-apprenticeship programme locally. We had it launched last year as the first-ever Traveller-specific pre-apprenticeship programme in the country.
