For us to get a unit registered by HIQA as a residential unit, it needs to meet very high standards in terms of the physical environment relating to size and lots of other criteria. These special emergency arrangements are a residential domiciliary. It may be an apartment, holiday let or a property belonging to Tusla. They would not meet the environmental standards that would be required.
