It is probably sometimes the opposite of that. In a residential environment it is very restricted and regimented. They are subject to HIQA and they are inspected. There are one or two young people, particularly over the age of 16, who are 17, who actually like being in single occupancy and cope better. It is one child or young person on their own with staff. We have young people in special emergency arrangements who we would like to have in a regulated and registered centre.
