Mr. Murphy is saying it is impossible to trace the money and it appears there are far too many people in the European Union, of which we are part, accepting that it is impossible to chase the money. It strikes me that there is sometimes a lack of oversight and accountability, and you will hear that. If that oversight and accountability is happening it is not being conveyed. There is the idea that what happens in Europe is very distant. We then feel the impact of it several years later. There has been an extensive process, but it can sometimes be a little distant.
