Did the EPA test the NCC or any of the other licensed facilities in the vicinity for elements or compounds not specified or covered by their licences? In particular, I am looking to see if tests for the presence of hydrogen sulfide and the associated compounds that may be expected in a wastewater treatment plant that has changed its biological status from aerobic to anaerobic.
