Looking at the percentages here, some bids were coming in from the Peter McVerry Trust and others at 70%, 60%, 48%, 58%, 39% and so on of the operational cost. That is obviously going to have a budgetary implication. Has that been properly factored in for when existing service-level agreements or contracts expire and the new 100% full cost recovery policy will be implemented?
