This is a conversation we have had a few times. Obviously, the national strategy and the RRO position is pretty much based on our model, with the difference being that the RRO position is sitting within a local sports partnership, LSP, which is primarily a local authority position. For us we had a lot of this stuff done. We had an outdoor recreation committee and a strategy, and then the national structure came afterwards.
