I am conscious that I only have five minutes so I will try to ask a few questions as quickly as possible. We know that the budget package will be about €9.4 billion and from the budget package we know two things for certain: capital investment is set to be about €2 billion and public sector pay is set to be about €1.2 billion next year. I ask the Minister to confirm a ballpark number for what the ELS is due to be. I am not asking for the exact amount down to the last cent but just a ballpark figure.
