I put in place a very robust process that involved not just overseeing the implementation of those recommendations, but also supporting CHI to achieve their recommendations for them. Obviously the matters that led to the report are very grave. Therefore, the attention to the detail of the recommendations is significant. I go back to the point that Deputy Daly made about Portiuncula. I would not be interested in ticking a box saying those were implemented. It would be too dangerous to do that. Perhaps Ms Killeen White or Dr. Henry can talk to the significance of the substance of what is done.
