I am thinking a lot about digital awareness - and this one is for Ms McGarrigle - in adults and in children. We all know in our own lives that adults do not realise what cookies are. They are the foundation and building blocks for recommender systems when we go online and on social platforms but with children, who would not spend as much time on websites where it is confined and more likely to be found on social platforms, are they aware the content they are viewing is prompting the next piece of content they are going to view? Is there an awareness in them as users?
