People speak about guardrails. What is not included in the guardrails that should be there now?

Can Mr. Byrne provide us with an example of the detriment of minority groups and his experience of it? I would appreciate that. Mr. Joyce spoke on identity-based harm. He referenced moderators and the training of moderators. How does Mr. Joyce think that can be done, or what does he think should be done on it?
