I was struck by what Ms Lynch said about resources for youth mental services and even youth community, that is, actual physical spaces for young people to meet, which are one thing that is massively under-resourced in Ireland. She did not get a chance to come in on the recommender. How much does what is getting recommended and pushed to children feature as a parental concern? Will Ms Blackwell say just one line more on what she means by safe by design?
