What happens then, especially for estates that are completely social housing, is the area where people buy into the community and buy their houses, you see the standards within that community rise because people are more invested.

There was mention of what happened in Europe and how the asset was not sold on but was kept for the good of everyone who was trying to access social and affordable housing, in particular affordable housing.
