What role does Coimisiún na Meán have in the protection of the consumer rights of online shoppers and health and environmental issues, particularly with regard to things like Cyber Week and Black Friday? A lot of that involves consumer protection but is there a role for Coimisiún na Meán to inform shoppers about their rights when it comes to what is going on with these big events?
