We do not know entirely yet, because Global Gateway is being built as much as it is being sold and talked about. Those things are happening in parallel. What we see, for instance, in the governance is that there is a business advisory group, which is great, because what it wants is more private sector investment and it needs to figure out, from businesses, how that can happen. According to what we hear so far, it is not happening and has not been proven to work yet. However, the only businesses represented there are European businesses.
