I thank the witnesses for the presentation this morning. I have three short questions and perhaps a little bit of explanation. I have read the statement and I have listened to the contributions. Could Mr. Duggan confirm the fee structure for members of the plan? Will it be based annually on the AMC or is it combined with a fixed fee?
