The Senator has asked reasonable questions although, at first sight, they may appear to be outside the pre-legislative scrutiny process. We have not got full answers on how companies are operating in relation to what some committee members think is a parallel situation. Mr. O'Brien may not have been anticipating that question but if he could furnish us with a reply in writing afterwards, that would be good. If he could go back and find out some information on that, it would be welcome. As Cathaoirleach, I do not feel the response was adequate. If Mr. O'Brien wants to clarify, he may.
