If a body is involved in planning enforcement but decides to go after someone who might have built a bigger extension and use its resources there while someone else is illegally extracting peat at commercial level, I would think that is a big deal. It does not affect anyone cutting turf for his or her own use; we are not talking about any changes there. This is commercial.
