If a tenant stops paying rent today and the landlord makes a complaint to the RTB, what is the estimated timeframe for dealing with that and getting the house back for the landlord? These are the complaints landlords make about delays in resolving disputes. If a complaint of that nature presents to the RTB today, how long would it take to reach a conclusion?
