Not particularly for accidental landlords. In our opening statement, we outlined the three major problems we are have with this proposed legislation. There is a constitutional aspect. The idea that a person is forced to sell to somebody - for example, if they are forced to sell to another landlord - has to be a constitutional issue. There is no other asset that you can buy that you are forced to sell. You are not forced on the stock market to sell an asset to somebody else in particular.
