In terms of cost-rental housing, we recently had the first delivery out in Tallaght. A cost-rental scheme is now being developed by Monaghan County Council, too.

In terms of community facilities, we will always work with local authorities. It is not simply about community facilities that are given directly through any one scheme. Local authorities will often ask us for funding for communal facilities in or around schemes, too. They might be directly part of those schemes. They could be sporting facilities, playgrounds or whatever the case may be. What is there will not always directly reflect what will happen on the ground.
