Our view is it should be the Department of justice, if you are talking about crimes that have been committed, rights, data sharing and so on. That is our view in Safeguarding Ireland. We said it could be led by the Department of Health because that seems to be what we hear from the public servants and we want to get it moving. That is why we emphasise other Departments and the Cabinet health committee, which includes a number of Ministers across the board.
