To answer the question in short, we do not have data on it. That is part of the concern we have. Many of our members raise concerns there is not a scope of practice or a standardised training or education requirement. It is quite broad. A number of advocacy agencies operate at the moment. The concern our members have is that the scope is expanding and expanding and there are concerns for the people who could be at risk. Who will look after that? How do you complain? How does a family member engage with the service?
