Thank you for that very helpful presentation, specifically regarding the issues this committee is dealing with, and you were very focused on that. I have a few quick questions before we hand it over to other members. Bearing in mind people in the legal system understand what goes on, a judicial review goes to the High Court, where it can be dealt with or otherwise, but if there is then an appeal it also goes to the High Court, will you explain the difference between them? One you are looking at whether it was dealt with appropriately, while the other you are probably looks at the merits of the case. Explain that. They are both in the High Court.
