Joint Oireachtas Committee on Housing, Local Government and Heritage

James Browne (Wexford, Fianna Fail)

We have extended existing planning permissions. The Minister of State, Deputy Cummins, is undertaking work on planning exemptions to free work up. In terms of the savings, we are going to see a significant increase in the number of units that can be put onto the one box unit. That is how we will be able to reduce the costs. We are going to do that over the next-----
