If I could have one more minute, I would really appreciate it. On the Medical Council referral with regard to the individual who was the subject of the examination and ultimately retired, was there a great sigh of relief that he retired from Ms Hardiman and the board? Did they feel very relieved that that was the course of action he elected to adopt for whatever the outworkings of the HR process were?
