One of the challenges for paediatrics specifically is that, first, there is very little of it available in the private sector and, second, there is a very limited number of paediatric hospitals in the country. It is slightly different from adult hospitals where there is more choice. That is probably one area where insourcing has supported us in trying to reduce our waiting lists.
