Mr. Gloster and the Minister, and a number of members, have spoken about the winding down of insourcing. June of next year is the date given for that practice to be wound down. Concerns have been expressed about the ability of CHI and other organisations to meet that deadline. The practice has given rise to a lot of concerns due to the issues arising and the pitfalls. Ms Nugent, do you think that target is achievable?
