We cannot get into the specifics but what I can say is that some staff did leave when HR processes were implemented and others were supported and developed to address issues. In particular, organisational psychologists were put in to get the team dynamics right, to support the team so that it could function better as a team. All of those supports were put in and the relevant HR policies were actually implemented.
