I will take that question. During 2019 and 2020, several issues came up around this service. They seemed to be around operations, as in how the services were functioning. In early 2021, we put in an operations manager specifically to work through the issues that were being raised. That manager came back to say there were broader issues, including team dynamics, culture issues and unprofessional behaviour issues.
