As I said, it is a negotiation process. We agree a maximum price and it would bill the HSE. We notify the HSE about the price. All of the rates for all of the private and voluntary nursing homes are on the HSE website. Once the price is agreed, it is published. The nursing homes invoice the HSE for their fair deal residents and they are paid by the HSE.
