The Deputy has asked a multifaceted question and I will try to give a multifaceted answer to it. First of all, as I have alluded to in a previous reply, at post-primary level, we are working towards every post-primary school in the country having a special class. That will take time to deliver. It is well on its way to 70% of post-primary schools having special classes. Over a period of time, the remaining 30% will come on stream.
