That is often lost when it comes to LAPs. I have often felt that they should not be called local area plans but housing zoning plans because ultimately, that is where all of the focus lies. That is a serious issue. I come from a constituency which Mr. Cussen knows well, where some might say house building is an issue but for people living in the area, it is not an issue because every time they walk out their doors in Maynooth, Leixlip, Celbridge, Clane or Kilcock, all they see is new houses being built.
