It can vary depending on the circumstances. If it is a single classroom, it can be six to nine months. If it is a larger modular unit, it is maybe nine to 12 months.

Danu, the example the Deputy is looking at, is one of our bigger modular accommodation projects. We always have to be conscious when delivering modular accommodation that we are delivering it in a live school environment. We have to be conscious of health and safety and of disruption.
