The terms of reference we have, or the agreed plan we have with HSE, was explicitly not to look at the assessment of need beyond its impact on the team such as what percentage of a team's time is spent on assessments of need. It obviously comes up in parents' feedback to us but we are not reviewing AON as part of the CDNT review. AON is part of the role of CDNTs but it is also part of the role of primary care and CAMHS.
