Setting this up, convening this panel, having the chair named and secured and having all the legal supports necessary will take us until September. We expect then that the assessment of each case will take us right through to the end of the year and into next year because of the number concerned. I referenced similar exercises we have carried out over the years and I stress the importance of that part of generating the report and translating it to families in a compassionate and supportive way.
