It was not followed up so there was a failure. A spot check was carried out and I think the Department took it on face value when the Dublin Region Homeless Executive forum said it had no invoices for the first quarter and it was intended that the Department would go back again but that did not happen. So that was a mistake. Could that happen again where the Dublin Region Homeless Executive forum would say, sorry, it is the first quarter? Has that been sorted out? I mean if the Department turned up in the first quarter of next year.
