I want to add to this. Monitoring and measuring are crucial for any project, irrespective of size or scale. This is the essential learning as I look back. I have a background in IT in Bank of Ireland. This is why I made my earlier comment that I believe it is essential for projects such as this that proven expertise is available to advise. That was not there. That was a weakness, and going forward it is essential this is tracked, measured and monitored under audit and finance and at board level.
