I think it is a fair question. On the utilisation of how people take their driving test, we see on average between 2.5% and 3% of people not turning up to their driving test. The cost of a driving test is €65. That is retained by the RSA because if someone does not turn up for his or her test that morning we have the resource standing there, the lights still have to come on and so on.
