I will go back to what Mr. Cross said. In our view, the prospectus meets the standards of completeness, consistency and comprehensibility. Quite clearly, when or if the State of Israel looks to renew its prospectus, we will look extremely carefully at all the facts pertaining at the time and will make a judgment on it.
