A group came together about seven or eight years ago led especially by Dr. Chris Huxley and Mr. Tom Byrne. They formed an association and said that what we needed here was a LIFE project grant. They got a LEADER grant to write the project, and we got our LIFE funding. I have noticed since then other reasonably large sums of money have come our way, around €50,000 and €100,000. The point is, we have a group of people who want action on the ground and have formed a mechanism. It is what the Deputy is talking about - who is in charge? To an extent, in Lough Carra's case, there are many people with different responsibilities but the LCCA is there giving out stink if things do not happen.
