No, there absolutely are not. To go back to the Deputy's first point, it is not out of control. The resourcing was very carefully done. There was a workforce plan. There is another, new workforce plan that will be introduced. When we look at our spend per grant, we are actually a very lean organisation. Ninety per cent of the resources is going straight out to artists and arts organisations.
