I will address one particular point, which is the duty of care related to staff. There is no doubt that this has had an impact. People do not like to think that their organisation is in the media for the wrong reasons, but the senior executive team has worked extraordinarily hard to maintain esprit de corps and to maintain people. You will notice, and I would like this to be registered, there has been no diminution whatever of the services the Arts Council provides since this issue came on stream. That is an important note of public record.
