I think the Minister agreed. Actually the issue of scrutiny is important. Looking at the experience in relation to RTÉ in the previous years, when there was a constant criticism of a drip-feed of information as people tried to discover what happened, I was determined to get all the facts out to the public as quickly as possible, with nothing covered up. There are no black marks in that report covering up information. Everything was put out there. That was the approach and the focus.
