It is a slightly different process. It is interesting that the review which I ordered was carried out in-house, at zero cost to the taxpayer, and is very comprehensive. There is an expert advisory committee which has been appointed where you have senior public people with expertise who have been asked. They are paid a daily rate which is signed off by the Department of public expenditure in accordance with proper procedure.
