The problem I have here is with the Government. The Arts Council and the National Gallery of Ireland have made mistakes but it is the Department that gets me, that for the Department of Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery and Reform there are no lessons learned here. There is money being spent and lost all the time and nobody is acknowledging it. Mr. Ó Coigligh is the top of the line, as is the Minister for that Department.
